Ali Shajii is an internationally recognized pioneer and expert in the field of RF power systems and its applications in semiconductor and medical device industries. He holds 65 issued patents and has served in senior technology and management roles at multiple semiconductor capital equipment companies. Ali founded Emphysys in 2009, acquired by Paramit Corporation in 2021. He holds a BS in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a PhD in Nuclear Science and Engineering from MIT.
Co-Founder & CPO
Mohammad received his Ph.D. in wireless communications from McGill University in 2020. At INLAN, he plays a significant role on both the technical and business fronts. As Chief Product Officer, he engages with a wide range of potential customers and partners, identifies market needs, and helps strategize the company's direction.
VP of Engineering
Dan is an experienced R&D and business leader with a proven track record leading new technology and product development across several high-tech industries, including regulated RF industrial systems. Previously at Emphysys, he led the company through significant growth culminating in its acquisition by Paramit Corporation in 2021. Dan holds both a BS in Mechanical Engineering and a BA in French Literature from the University of Notre Dame.

Émilie has over 15 years of executive experience in public and private companies. Starting her career as a chartered accountant at KPMG, she led finance functions at CGI, Softimage, and Averna Technologies before joining TandemLaunch in 2012, where the firm has grown to raise three funds and more than $150M in third-party financing. She holds a Bachelor's in Mathematics from McGill and serves on the boards of NACO and Axelys.

Paul has been involved in successful startups, is experienced in M&A from both sides, and mentors ventures in the Boston area. He is the former CEO & Co-Chairman of Energetiq Technology, cofounded in 2004 and now a subsidiary of Hamamatsu Photonics. His career has focused on technical sales and marketing in semiconductor manufacturing, including VP of Corporate Marketing at MKS Instruments. He holds an MA in Engineering from Cambridge University.

John is Managing Director of Shea Ventures, the Shea Family's private equity fund, and Executive Vice President of J.F. Shea Co. and its affiliates: Shea Homes, J.F. Shea Construction, and Shea Properties. Prior to Shea, he was a partner at Bingham McCutchen. He holds a BA from Yale, a degree in PPE from Oxford, and a JD cum laude from the University of Chicago Law School.

David began his career in Information Technology before earning a Master's in Civil Engineering from the University of Central Florida, with research in fluid mechanics, turbulence dissipation, and acoustic Doppler sensing. He now works at Saas Fee Ltd., a family office established in 1997 with a diversified portfolio, focusing on semiconductor technology, consumer electronics, and artificial intelligence.
